Kid's activities for September School Holidays 2013 (Singapore)

What another holiday!!!

It seems like June Holidays was just yesterday and now September School Holidays is upon us. It may only be a week long, but there are activities galore during this holiday starting from 7th to 15 Sept. This is the week reserved for most students to gear up on the final exams. Nevertheless all work and no play makes Jack a dull boy.

Don't know what to do this holiday?

Do not fret, as we bring you the top 10+ September School Holidays for kids. Hopefully these activities will help bond the families together.

6) Playground Time

Singapore Top Indoor Playgrounds

The holidays is always a good time to bring the child out for a little playground fun. Given the sunny conditions in Singapore, it may not be wise to bring the child out for play in the hot afternoon. Fret not, Singapore has alot of indoor playgrounds catering to kids. Our Singapore Top playgrounds list has been a hit amongst our readers and is a great source of information for parents planning their next indoor playground trip.

7) Catch a Movie
2 kids friendly shows will be screen on the holiday week.

From above the world of “Cars” comes “Disney’s Planes,” an action-packed 3D animated comedy adventure featuring Dusty (voice of Dane Cook), a plane with dreams of competing as a high-flying air racer. But Dusty’s not exactly built for racing—and he happens to be afraid of heights. So he turns to a seasoned naval aviator who helps Dusty qualify to take on the defending champ of the race circuit. Dusty’s courage is put to the ultimate test as he aims to reach heights he never dreamed possible, giving a spellbound world the inspiration to soar.

Coby the Robosapien

A robot boy and a human boy team up to save their respective parents, who are being held captive by the organization that funded the robot's creator.

8) Visit a Pet farm

Pasir Ris Kids Kampong

There are 2 places in Singapore that we had discovered for small animal lovers. The first would be the Pasir Ris Kids Kampong and other would be The Live Turtle and Tortise Museum. If you are into the old style longkang fishing, the Kids Kampong is a wise choice. If you are always fascinated with the 4 legged turtles and tortoises, the Live Turtle and Tortise Museum would not disappoint you!
