Say hello to Phase 2 Heightened Alert

Daily Dose: Phase 2 Heightened Alert

Yesterday Phase 2 Heightened Alert was launch.

While many had termed it as a form of Circuit Breaker, naming it as Phase 2 Heighten Alert is a tad confusing. Measures such as social gathering of 2  and disallowing of dining were implemented at Phase 1. While this is not Circuit Breaker, it does not resemble Phase 2 as well. We are most likely in between Phase 1 and CB, so we term it as CB 1.5.
