Phuket Trickeye Museum : Tips for a great time!

Are you heading to Phuket?

If you intend to visit Phuket Town in Phuket, don't miss the latest indoor attraction , The Phuket Trickeye Museum. Given that we had a ball of a time at RWS Trickeye Museum, we thought it will be worth a visit to this attraction.

It did not disappoint.

To aid in your enjoyment, we bring you 7 tips to enjoy Phuket Trickeye Museum

1) Find it at Patong Town
We do not recommend a Tuk Tuk as the journey is rather long from Patong. Grab a cab instead for a more comfortable ride. You would probably spend about an hour or two here. To have a great day out , combine it with trips to Butterfly Park, Baan Teelanka ( upside down house ) or simply explore old town Phuket.

2) Take off your shoes
Shoes off!
Unlike Singapore. Phuket Trickeye Museum is a shoes free zone. Floors are extremely clean. As a result you probably can do your lying down pose without apprehension about dirt on the floor.
Frankly the boys have no problem with that.

3) Allocate at least 2 hours there

This place is huge that it could not fit into one floor. Compared to RWS Trickeye Museum, Phuket Trickeye Museum would be almost twice the size!

That means one hour is not enough, especially if you would like to take a photo with ALL the murals.

4) Strike a pose
Hi ET
Do it on your own...
Double the fun
Do it with a buddy...
Save the planet
It does not matter how you do it, just do it ...
Puppet monster
With a whole lot of fun...

And style too!

4) Live your fantasies
Transformers
Phuket Trickeye Museum has quite a few recognizable characters you can pose with.
Hulk smash
From being part of a Transformer's battle, to battle of strength with hulk, you can live out your wildest fantasies .
Street fighter
Personally we think the streetfighter battle scene is a hoot!
King Kong
5) Be a sports star
Tyson
For the sporty ones, don't miss the sports zone where you can have a boxing match or score a goal against Hart of Manchester City ala Rooney style.

6) Pose freely
Angel
Actually it does not matter who you are or what you do, the most important factor is to pose freely. Do whatever style it comes to the head! This is not a photo studio. This is a FUN exercise of imagination.

7) Go with a mate

Honestly, who goes to a Trickeye Museum by yourself?
Even if you have the world's longest selfie stick, it will be render useless for selected poses. Besides some poses are most fun when there are more than one person in it!
Taking a leak
Hope you find these tips useful.

Remember , just let your hair done and have good old fashion fun!

  1. Your kids enjoyed it to the hilt :) Thats what I want when I take my kids to Phuket. My daughters are crazy about taking photos and looking at your blog it seems they are going to have plenty of opportunities. Also I am looking forward to visit Dino Park Mini Golf. There are so many things I can do in Phuket with kids that I have started listing them one by one. I have taken help of an itinerary planner for choosing the places to visit and stay. Will definitely add Phuket Trickeye Museum to the itinerary, kids going to enjoy it.
