Being big fans of claw machines, it was hard not to visit Play United latest claw machine store at Tiong Bahru Plaza. Play United has been well known as the King of Claw Machines in Pasar Malam.



There are even occasions where you can find over 100 claw machines in one night market alone!

Other than that, they have permanent stores in Boon Lay shopping centre and Northpoint City. Tiong Bahru Plaza would be their 3rd venture in a more centralised area.

For $10, you will get 12 tokens, so effectively cost per play is at 0.833 cents. This is almost half the cost of the bigger arcades in town

If you change $10 worth of token and could not catch a prize, you can ask for a plushie from the claw machine. This means you will be guaranteed a win for $10

While we were there, we managed to catch 5 plushies with $20 spent. That is an average of $4 per plushie. Totally worth it.

4) You can exchange for bigger plushies
There are bigger plushies in the store. Starting from a change of 3 plushies to a bigger plushie, you can opt to change your smaller wins for a bigger prize. You can also choose to accumulate your plushies by exchanging them for stamps to be used to exchange for a bigger prize on another day.
