COE falls across the board for FEB 2020 1st Bidding

This could be linked to Coronavirus in Singapore. With the fear of the spread of the virus, it is keeping everyone indoors. With the supply of COE quota actually dropping from Feb to Apr 2020, this implied that demand has fallen at a faster pace. The highest fall is in the CAT B category with a fall of $6815. CAT A follows close with a fall of  $5000.
