COE had fallen for most categories. The fall was not as much as Feb 1st bidding, but it is close to the all time low for the past few years.
With COE quota reduced from Feb 2020 to Apr2020, the fall in COE could be attributed to weak supply, especially when COVID19 brings about fears of a recession.
