Booked your June Holidays flights from Singapore Airlines or Silkair? Here is how you can get your refunds or bonus credits.

Singapore Airlines will extend most flights cancellation till end-June
96% of the scheduled flights till end June will be cancelled due to worldwide travel restrictions and drop in demands. This means that those who had planned in advance for June school holidays vacation prior to the onset of Covid-19 can now apply for a refund. Previously, it was only open to those who had booked tickets until May 31st.
For customers affected, they can choose for flight credits or refunds if they meet certain criteria. If they meet the criteria, they can fill in the Covid-19 Assistance Request Form to decided their choice. The full value of the unused portion of their flight will be refunded or issued as credits. Penalties for change of flights or cancellation will be waived.
Criteria
To be covered under Singapore Airlines / SilkAir travel waiver policy, the following criteria must be met
- Hold Tickets issued on or before 15 March 2020 and originally planned to travel by 30 June 2002
- Have flights cancelled by Singapore Airlines / SilkAir due to Covid-19
- Opted to keep tickets open due to COVID=19
Customers may choose the following options
- Retain their ticket value in the form of flight credits and extent the validity to 30 Jun 2021
- Request to rebook travel plans
- Request a refund of the unused value of their tickets

Awarded base on cabin class
Economy Class: SGD 75
Premium Economy Class: SGD 100
Business Class: SGD 200
First/ Suites: SGD 500

All customers who had their tickets cancelled by Singapore Airlines, or opt to keep their tickets opened due to Covid-19, have already their ticket value and validity extended in for of flight credits
