This little island can catch no break.

We had the Covid19 pandemic swamping us, the dengue mosquitoes lurking around us and now we are practically surrounded by box Jelly in major beaches around the island.

11 Community (5 SC, 1 Work Pass, 5 Work Permit)
2 Imported cases

The dorms numbers are much lower than anticipated given the 'warnings' a few days back about expectations of higher dorm numbers due to testing of higher risk dorms in the coming days.

For local SC cases, 3 are unlinked. all 5 SC cases are asymptomatic and picked up due to proactive screening.

Mustafa Center and My Kampung @ Kallang had additional entries to previously reported cases.

At least 45 have shut for good. Karaoke Business the worse affected. Most business cannot be open till Phase 3.

5) P1 Registration: 14 popular schools to hold ballot for Phase 2A2

This year balloting starts early even for phase 2A2
Phase 2A2 is for children whose siblings or parents are alumni, whose parents are staff of the school, or who are currently in an MOE kindergarten located in the primary school.

They include Ai Tong School, which has 29 children vying for nine places; Gongshang Primary, which has 33 children registering for 25; and Temasek Primary, with 45 children trying for 13 slots.
