Those who have yet watch Mandalorian or would like to rewatch the Avengers movies can do so from 2021. Since we had been indoors for most of 2020 and probably some of 2021, this is good news for those who had watched reruns of Korea Dramas on Netflix.

2) BTO Flats for seniors to be launched in Feb 2021

This is Singapore first assisted living public housing. It will be in Bukit Batok. Made for seniors who which to live on their own and yet enjoy some care, support and communal activities. The flats come with a mandatory service package that will include 24-hour emergency monitoring and response service, basic health checks, simple home fixes and activities at the communal spaces. 

Flats will be 32sqm and equipped with senior-friendly fittings include grab bars and wheelchair accessible bathroom. Only for senior age 65 and above. Prices start from 40K for a 15-year lease.

3) Live Concerts at MBD to be biggest since Covid19 

2-day show at MBS from DEc18 and 19 will have 500 tickets per night. Each audience will have to have a negative antigen rapid or polymerase chain reaction result. Antigen rapid test is free for ticket buyers. Price is at $55 for 1 show and $98 for 2 shows.

Considering the price of standard Covid19 tests at $200, this is a very economical way to get yourself tested. After that, you still get to enjoy the concert!

4) Disney + to come to Singapore in 2021

For those who wants to catch Mandalorian, you can do so from 2021 when Disney + comes to Singapore. It will launch on Feb 23 with a monthly subscription of $11.98. It will include Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, Neo Geographic and Star. For Marvel fans, you can catch most of the releases on Disney +
