Here is a brief of the 10 new launches to kick-start your search for your new home.

Riviere (D3)

Riviere is designed by award-winning architecture firm SCDA. It sits within a larger precinct which comprises two residential towers, three conservation warehouses and service apartments. It is just next to the Singapore River and close to Orchard and MBFC. The site is on the former Zouk, well-known for its popular nightlife scene.

Amenities nearby include Great World City and Robertson Quay. River Valley Primary School is within 1 km of the development.

98% sold, and only 12 units remaining!

The M (D7)

Live in the heart of the city with superb connectivity. 2 Minutes walk to 3 MRT stations (Bugis, City Hall, Esplanade). The M is well suited for investment or own stay. The downside is that there are no primary schools within 1 km, so it may not appeal to families.

96% sold with only 20 balance units up for grabs!

Haus on Handy

Located between Plaza Singapura and The Cathy, Haus on Handy is perfect for those who desire a city lifestyle. With everything in your footstep, it is convenient to the max.

St Margaret's Primary is also within 1 km of this development.

Only 6 units left, with 97% sold.

Cuscaden Reserve

Cuscaden Reserve is located behind Tanglin Mall. Therefore, in terms of location, it is in a desirable location. However, being 99 years in a sea of Freehold condos has diluted the interest. In addition, there are no Primary schools within 1 km. 

With only 5% sold, it will need a drastic price cut to spur interest. Interestingly, the asking PSF is similar to the new launch condos at AMK!

One Draycott

Located near the high-end Admore Park, One Draycot is another prestigious address to TOP this year. However, with only 22% sold, its unimpressive sales are the result of it being 99 years as well as a small boutique development.

Anglo Chinese School (Primary ) is within 1 km of One Draycott.


If you spot a trend in D10 99 years project, you could be up to something. With 27% sold, Parksuites must catch up to the newer launches.  

It is located 1 km from Henry Park Primary. However, the price point is decent, so there may be potential for it to be snapped up in time.

Urban Treasures

Freehold at leasehold price?

With leasehold new launches at $2000 and above, Urban Treasures' price of $2000 and below for Freehold is deemed attractive. Maha Bodhi and Telok Kurau Primary are within 1 km. Only 5 3 Bedroom units are left.

Amber Park

If you are looking for space, there are 6 5 Bedrooms in the development up for grabs. This development is located in D15 and has a unique Skypark that overlooks surrounding buildings. Tanjong Katong Primary has located 1  km from the school. The future Tanjong Katong MRT is just a few minutes walk away.

The Gazania

The Gazania is a low-rise development in D19. Paya Lebar Methodist Girl's School and Maris Stella High School are within 1km. With 96% sold, it will be a matter of time before it sells out.
