Loh Khean Yew- 1st Singaporean to reach Badminton Asia Championship final.

Singapore shuttler Loh Khean Yew reached another historical final.

The 2021 world champion and currently ranked World No7 beat 14th rank China Lu Guangzu, 21-19 and 21-15 in a tight match to reach Sunday's final in Dubai.

He will meet World No 2, Indonesia, Anthony Gintang, in today's final.

Anthony Gintang has the edge, having beaten Loh in the last three encounters. Nonetheless, Loh will be the eight player to win World and Asian titles if he beats his nemesis.
