Premium Meat Cuts

The following cuts are included in the menu

  • Grass-Fed Striploin Steak
  • Sliced Pork Belly
  •  Pork Collar
  • Pork Jowl
  •  Marinated Pork Rib
  •  Marinated Chicken

We sampled the steak, sliced pork belly, pork collar, pork Jowl and Marinated Pork Rib.

Our favourite of the lot will be the Marinated Pork Rib, as it was flavourful due to the marination.

The pork belly was a close second with its softness that melts in your mouth.

The meats are best savour with lettuce as they add another layer to the taste.

If it is not too crowded, the friendly staff can also cook for you.

Authentic Korean Cuisine

There is a generous spread of authentic Korean Cuisine.

  • Seafood Pancake
  •  Kimchi Pancake
  •  Beef Bulgogi
  • Stir-Fried Spicy Pork
  • Japchae
  • Kimchi Fried Rice
  • Steamed Egg
  • Kimchi Stew with Pork
  • Soybean Paste Stew with Seafood
  • Tteokbokki
  • Korean Fried Chicken
  • French Fries
  • Steamed Rice

We tried the Seafood Pancake, Beef Bulgogi, Japache and Tteokbokki.

Among the dishes we tried, the Seafood Pancake and Japache stood out.

They even tasted similar to the ones we had on our last Korean Trip.

Premium Ala-Carte

Each tablet is allowed on premium Ala-Carte based on a sure-win Gachapon dip. For the weekend, the choice was between Ban Ban Stew and Marinated Prawns.

Our Ban Ban Stew comprises Kimchi Stew and Soy Bean Paste Stew.We were pleasantly surprised with the seafood found in the Soy Bean Paste Stew. This mix also adds umami to the soup-based dish, adding a pleasant lingering sensation on the palate.

Verdict

The Premium Korean Sunday Brunch Buffet will be exclusively on Sundays from 11AM to 2PM. Each dining session is limited to 80 minutes per table. The regular buffet starts from $88++ per pax. while a free-flow Champagne Brunch Buffet option starts from $118 per pax. Given that individual meat dishes are priced around $40-$50 per plate, this represents a great option to sample Chingu offerings at an affordable price range.
