COE November 2023 : Second Bid Results

Good news and bad news.

CAT B has rebounded by 25K while CAT A has continued its decline by another 9K+

The Category that dropped the most was CAT A. There were a whopping 1291 bids for 925 COE, but the added demand did not help bring the price down. On the flip side, CAT B received 1228 Bids for 648 COE, pushing the COE back up to 135K region.

With the COE quota expected to increase further in 2024, the supply of new cars going forward will be eased. However, with the pent-up demand for cars, prices are unlikely to stabilise soon.
