Singapore Savings Bond rose a little for February 2024.

The rate for SSB raised from 2.81% to 2.88%. It's only a slight increase, but it could be implied that the anticipated fall in interest rate may take a little longer than expected.

In comparison with February Fixed Deposit, the rates are considerably lower. It may be better to consider placing FD or Treasury Bills at this junction.
