Borealis : Northern Lights coming to Supertrees Grove at Gardens by the Bay

Always wanted to see the Northern Lights?

For those with this intention, a trip to Iceland may not be on the cards, but a trip to Gardens By the Bay Supertree Groove is doable.

On 4 May at 630pm, you will have a chance to preview BOREALIS - a new immersive light and sound installation at Gardens by the Bay Supertree Grove that is created to resemble the Northern Light.

Created by Switzerland-based artist Dan Acher, Borealis is an outdoor art installation that combines layers of light and cloud particles where North Lights, also known as aurora borealis, is recreated to illuminate the night skies of Supertree Groove. To set the mood, this installation will include an atmospheric soundtrack by French composer Guillaume Desbois.
