112 Katong " Iwant2 Play on Sunday" Promotion

As part of our Things to do during School Holiday (aka WWF), we decided to revisit one of our first Water Playground. This time round 112 Katong came up with a special Promotion for the last Sunday of every month. This is the second month they are hosting this event, so this may actually be a permanent feature of the Water Playground.

All ready for war with my new weapon

We were there earlier and there was a crowd gathering at the entrance. Unfortunately the water playground only opens at 3pm. For promotional days, do note the water playground will be closed prior to the event. It would be good if 112 Katong indicate this on their webpage on this as there were quite a few families there prior to the opening time.

The bouncing area

The main attractions for this event are the bouncing castles and play area. There is a bouncing castle for younger kids and a bigger play area for older kids. These are good additions to the water playground as it can be quite bare compared to the others we had been to.

Being fishes veterans of water playground, we headed straight to the water area without warming up. Guess we are already quite comfortable with the idea of getting wet! There were other activities on-going with a special apperance of Nando's Barci Cockerel Mascot and free Nando's chicken sample for everyone. Do note that you are not supposed to consume the food at the water playground as food and drinks are not allowed there!  Dad thinks they should just give us some toys like water guns it defeats the purpose of having free food sampling when you are not allow to eat it.

We got real wet during the whole 2 hours spend there. Nevertheless we still have energy left over for our attack on the bouncing area. Check out our wacky moments on the bouncing castle.

There was supposed to be a movie screening at 7pm, but since we had already watched Kungfu Panda, we decided not to stay for the movie. Afterall we can't have popcorn there during the movies due to the food restriction. ( Ok we got the message : P)
