What made the experience unique are the Guest Experience Leaders and Family Ambassadors. From the moment you walked you, you will be greeted by staff clad in a nifty suit and yellow tops.
These Guest Experience Leaders and Family Ambassadors will seat you and your table and engage kids with craft and educational activities.
Having experience their cheerful hospitality while we were there, it was indeed a different McDonald's experience compared to the ones we had before. It was more personal and you feel like you are part of the McDonald's family while they engage you during meals.

Weekly Story Telling

If you are lucky, you might even catch Ronald's McDonald at a story telling session.
The weekly story telling sessions will also roll out at selected restaurants. These story telling sessions would be conducted by Guest Experience Leaders or Family Ambassadors. It will feature The Tree Top Twins Adventures, a 12 book series written by Cressida Cowell (author of How to train your Dragon)
