The 11th edition of Yellow Ribbon run is back.
Set up as a run to support ex-offenders, this run is not only a journey of acceptance but one that would take you beyond the walls of Changi prison.
The Yellow Ribbon project is created to promote acceptance of ex-offenders and to give the notion that they should have a second chance to make good. This is to allow them to unlock the second prison most ex-offenders face once they are out to the physical one.

There will be 2 races, a 5km fun and a 10 km route. Start point would be from Farnbourough Road (near Changi Village) and will take you through the Changi Prison compounds such as Changi Prison Wall and Lloyd Leas Community Supervision Center.
At the end of the run, you would be able to enter Changi Prison Complex. This is probably the only time that it is open to the public. Do note that you have to participate in the run to gain access.

At the end of the run, there will be a carnival with live performances, exhibitions and food trucks.
