A la Carte Hotel would be an excellent choice to start your holiday.
Location
A La Carte Hotel faces the famous My Khe Beach. Located just 7 km away from the airport and 3 km to the city centre, it will take you a mere 15 minutes to reach the airport and 9 minutes to reach the city centre. If you are planning to take tours in Danang, most travel operators would be able to pick you up from the hotel.
Day trips to Ba Na Hill, Marble Mountains and Hoi Ann are also convenient with their central location.

We booked our hotel from Booking.com. Check-in timing is from 2 pm, and check-out would be from 11 am. The package we booked included a daily buffet breakfast. The first impression that we had upon checking in was the spaciousness of the lobby. It's clean with lots of seats for guests.

We booked the Highland Executive Two-Bedroom Suit. At 74
m², it's a good size for a family of four. It is also the only unit facing the Danang Sea directly, giving you an ocean view from the living room and main bedroom.

It's comparative more costly than the typical 2 bedrooms ( about 20 % more), but in return, you will wake up with a view of the Sunrise every morning. The units have a balcony for you to chill and enjoy the view. The overall cost was comparable to similar 4 stars hotels around the vicinity.

The living room is rather spacious with a 3 seater sofa and a 4 seater dining table. A mini-fridge is included as well. T
here are plenty of space for children to run around in the room. Wi-Fi is also included in the package.

There is also a small kitchenette for you to prepare food. Given the plenty of affordable food options around the hotel, we had hardly any use for it.

The Highlight is an oversized suite that includes two bedrooms. It is the second biggest room type at A La Carte. The bigger room comes with a king bed, balcony and en suite.

The smaller room comes with a queen bed. There is a separate bathroom with standing showers located along the corridor.

Head to the rooftop and find an open bar, swimming pool, home gym and a spice spa.

A la carte is famous for The Open Sky Bar and infinity pool.

As it is one of the highest hotels along the stretch of My Khe Beach, it has a commanding view from the rooftop.

The pool itself is u shape. It's not the most significant pool you will find, but it will work.

You could spot Lady Buddha across the sea from the infinity pool on Son Tra Peninsula.
The pool is also a favourite spot for tourists for photo taking.
You used to be able to see far beyond Son Tra Peninsula. However, a new resident/mall is constructed next to the hotel. It does block the view somewhat, but the upside is a potential mall right at the doorsteps of A La Carte Hotel.
You could also have a bird's eye view of the city from the rooftop. Head upstairs at night, it looks as magical as in the day with its neon lights.

On a level below the pool, you have a well-equipped gym.
You could opt for the spa here for those who wish to relax. We did find a much cheaper option less than 300 meters away at Babylon Garden Spa. At almost half the price of what the hotel offered, we could not complain.

Head to My Khe Beach
Take a morning stroll along the beach, located just across the street. The locals love to walk along the beach and indulge in sports there.

There are a row of newly open restaurants located along My Khe Beach. There are also plenty of food options one or two streets away serving delicious Viet Food.
We found a local restaurant and had a feast for under 500 000 VND ( $30) for 4

There are plenty of spa options around the hotel. One of the nicer ones is Babylon Garden Spa.
We found a great deal at Klook. With treatments starting from $15, it's worth every penny of indulgence.
