Singapore Airshow will start this weekend
In normal times, you would see hoards of people heading to Changi to enjoy the spectacular airshows and marvel at the planes displayed. The Singapore Airshow is also the place for trade attendees mingle and deal. The last trade show has over 50,000 trade attendees and 60,000 public day visitors. The trade show will open from 11-16 February to the public at Changi Exhibition Center.
This year you will see 5 flying display performances from 3 countries. The United States Marine Corps F-25B Joint Strike Fighter, the United States Pacific Air Forces F-22 Raptor, The Republic of Singapore Team of F-15 SG Fighter jet, AH-64D Attack Helicopters, The United States Airforce B52 Stratofortress will be back along with a new addition - China's People's Liberation Army Air Force Ba Yi.
The latest addition comes after South Korea withdraw the Black Eagles from the line up due to the Coronavirus situation. The addition of Ba Yi would raise a few eyebrows given the coronavirus travel ban on travellers from China.
The flying displays will take place once a day during these timing
11 Feb - 1230 pm - 150 pm
12 Feb -1130 am - 12 20 pm
13 Feb 1130an- 12.05pm
15-16 Feb 1130am-1210pm & 230pm to 310pm
There are no flying displays on 14 Feb.
