Most of the car categories see a 4 figure drop with the highest drop for Goods Vehicle and Bus. CAT B cars COE has dropped to an almost 10 year low of $30012.



With COVID-19 lurking, the demand for cars would continue to be weak. With global slowdown in business, COE may trend downwards for the next coming months.
