Food Outlets Workers
From Apr 13, all workers who sell or prepare food and drinks will have to wear masks or face shields. Advisory was given on Apr 6 and this would be made compulsory to ensure compliance. This applies to workers at hawker centre stalls, coffee shops, restaurants, supermarkets and caterers.
Operators who do not comply can be fined up to $5000 and have their licences cancelled or suspended.
Why you should just put a mask on whenever you are out.
With the growing number of unlink cases in Singapore. It will be wise to assume that anyone could be a carrier of the virus. With that in mind, wear a mask whenever you are heading out to protect yourself.
Do remember hygiene practises like washing your hands and avoid touching your mouth and eyes as well.
