The headline number is 119 unlink cases. The imported cases had dropped to zero with the curb in travelling. The focus now is on Dormitory

There are now 694 FW related cases which are about 30% of Singapore's confirmed cases.

2) Beaches to close


All beaches in Singapore will close along with partial parks and natural reserves closure.

4) Wear your mask


Mask is now compulsory at the following places


a) 40 Markets under NEA
There will be no entry without masks
Effective today

b) Mask on Public Transport
Mask is now compulsory on public transport. After the circuit breaker, mask to continue to be compulsory until further notice

c) Mask compulsory when visiting Malls, Supermarkets, Convenience Stores, Pharmacy
Mask will be compulsory when you visit mall, supermarkets, convenience stores and pharmacy. Failure to compile will lead to bar in the entry.

d) Workers at food outlets required to wear face masks
All workers who sell or prepare food and drinks will have to wear masks or face shields from Monday (Apr 13), the Singapore Food Agency (SFA) said in a press release on Saturday. Failure to do so will lead to a fine of $5000 and have licenses cancelled or suspended.

5) Healthy Migrant workers housed at Void Decks and Multi-story carparks

Migrants had been directed out of dorms and to army camps, old blocks and now void decks and multi story carpark. With the increasing number of FW cases, we have to be open to these options given the sheer number and limited housing capacity

6) Foreign Domestic Workers must stay home on rest days
It's official. The advisory to stay home on rest day has now changed to complusory

7) First Timers to be fined for breaching circuit breakers instead of issuing a warning

No more  chance, the cane is out .First offenders will now be fined immediately for breaching circuit breaker.
