Average cases of community ex Work Permit outside dorms decrease from 20 cases per day to 9 per day in past week. Unlink cases reduce from 12 cases per day to 4 per day.
Averaged cases of Work Permit Holders outside dorms reduce from ave 22 cases per day to 13 cases per day in the past week

📌 Further reopening to be considered for June 1
Testing capacity to increase from 8K to 40K per day. Might consider reopening of borders.

4 Conditions for uplifting the circuit breaker

  • Community Transmission for the virus must be very low or 0
  • Cases among migrant workers in dorms must be reduced to prevent risks of spillover into the wider population
  • Transmission rates in other countries and measures taken there to contain the spread of the virus
  • The system must be in place to reopen sadly including ramping up of country's testing and contact tracing capacity.
