1) 768 new cases, 21707 in total

The average number of cases remains relatively unchanged. Yesterday we had the most number of cases discharged at 328

2) Covid19 cases started for 16,000 nursing home residents and 9000 staff 

One positive case identified at Ren Ci nursing home in Ang Mo Kio. These testings were done to protect the most vulnerable group.

3) All TCM halls allowed to open from May 12 after review
They join a list of shops including cakes and confectionery scheduled for reopening on May 12.

4) Four-legged robot to act as safe distancing 'Ambassador'
We think it might attract more attention than disperse crowds.



5) Man charged with going to a social gathering at circuit road flat during circuit breaker

He is probably not the only one, but one of the few that were caught.

6) Woman arrested for hurting police officer, insulting Sun Plaza Mall Staff

She was caught on video without mask and berating staff when requested to put one on. She was previously issued a fine of $300 at the same mall
