List of Popular Shops That will Open or Remain Closed for Phase 2 in Singapore
Phase 2 is a lot more comprehensive than Phase 1. For Phase 2, most retail
shops will open, dining in will be allowed and playgrounds open for kids.
However, it does not mean business as usual. Some shops may open but with
restrictive or limited services, while others will have to remain close for a
while longer during this Phase.
For the record, try not to head out this weekend. It will definitely be packed with people who missed all these. Take your time to shop over the next few weeks!

SHOPS THAT WILL OPEN ON JUNE 19
Retailers
Most retailers will open on 19 June. Most have extra measures like safe
distancing and different operating hours.

Restaurants and Foodcourts will reopen for dine-in. Do note that certain restrictions such as max 5 per table and safe distancing between tables applies. Not all restaurants will open for dine-in due to space and manpower constraint.

SHOPS THAT WILL REMAIN CLOSED
Not all shops will open in Phase 2. Here are some shops that will remain close in Phase 2. Some are permanently closed.
Uniqlo falls under the shops that are allowed to open. However, they chose to play safe by preparing the stores for a safe and comfortable shopping experience.

Indoor Playgrounds
While outdoor playgrounds are allowed to open, all indoor playgrounds
including the ones at the malls will remain close during this period.
Arcades
Arcade centres are considered as an indoor attraction. As such they will not
join in the opening for Phase 2.
Attractions
Attractions will remain close for Phase 2. Indoor attractions such as idly,
Flower Dome at Gardens By The Bay will remain close. Outdoor attractions such
as Zoo, Universal Studios will remain close.
Permanently Closed
Sadly, these shops could not survive the onslaught of Covid19. It's time to bid farewell to these shops that once called Singapore home.

They will be closed permanently and not open for Phase 2.
