Hellow Weekend
It' a slow weekend
Not much to report for today save the usual Covdi19 daily infection.
No news is good news, right?
1) 202 Cases confirmed
187 Dorms
7 Community (5SC/PR, 1 Work Permit, 1 Student Pass)
8 Imported
The numbers are lesser as it was probably due to weekend rather than a drop in
cases. The imported cases are rising and are returnees to Singapore. It would
be good to let the public know the infection rate as it would be a good gauge
for future travel plans for business or leisure when it opens.
2) 2 new clusters form at dorms.
One of the new clusters has 37 cases linked to 6 previous cases!
Given that we are already 2/3 into the testing of dorms, these new clusters
are a tad disturbing
3) 6-year-old linked case part of local community spread
No information provided on the school details or if the child is studying in
Singapore. 6-year-old boy nationality is India.
