National Day LightUp : Civic District and Brash Basah
National day is a week away.
To commemorate the event, there is a National Day Light up at Civic District and Brash Basah. Selected National monuments and cultural institutions in this area will be lit up in red and white at night in August. The Light up will be from Aug 1 to Aug 30.
If you are a fan of Heritage buildings, this will be a treat. These buildings represent different chapters in Singapore history and remain standing tall in these modern times. This year's light up is more subtle yet sombre. It truly reflects the mood of the nation during this difficult Covid19 period.
