We had indulged ourselves with the Conrad Festive Afternoon Tea before the era of Covid19 and loved the experience. This time around, we decided to try the fancy Afternoon Tea Charlie Takeaway. Could we replicate the same culinary delight at the comfort of our own home?

Packed in a discreet white tower box, you would never expect what is inside. An Afternoon Tea might not be what one would think of when you mention takeaway. Nonetheless, if you have a craving for sweet and savoury delight, this takeaway comes in pretty handy.

The first impression when we uncovered the box was wow. Food has to taste good and look good to complete the fine dining experience. Conrad managed to replicate its classiness into the packaging. The bite-sized treats that are perfectly placed in a tiered box are what you would expect coming from a Five Star hotel. Conrad made it sure that you get the same treatment as you would have in the comfort of your home with this effort.

Each treat is perfectly spaced out of the box with not a splash or splatter you would encounter from the takeaway container. It definitely passed the first impression test with flying colours. If you are looking for a surprise treat for your other half, trust us, this would be an amazing surprise. This would make a perfect takeaway for birthdays, anniversaries or simply that special treat.
