The first impression we have was the smooth finish on the surface. It looks inviting and enticing you for a bite. The only gripe we have is that the crust was not as what we had seen from the photos online. 

Instead of a cracker crust, the crust was almond nuts. If you are allergic to nuts, you might want to specify it on your order.  Despite that, it was good for us as it means more cheese to savour!

The cheese was just about right. It was not overwhelming nor was it fluffy.  Overall, it definitely has more cheese than crust in each bite.

Just nice for dessert after a meal.
