Arbora Hilltop Garden and Bristo : Dine in the Sky with Family Friendly Menu

What's the next best thing to flying?

Dining with a majestic view!

If you miss inflight food experience, you could pony up for the dining experiences by Singapore Airlines that start from $50 per pax on Economy Class. Alternatively, head up to Arbora Hilltop Garden and Bristo at Mount Faber for a first-class dining experience like no other.

This family-friendly restaurant perched on Faber Peak offers a view that not many restaurants can match. Here you have expansive views of Sentosa and beyond, offering greeny and panoramic sea views that would surely delight both young and old in the family. At 100m above sea levels, kids would enjoy spotting cable cars, vessels at harbourfront and play guess what is the Sentosa Landmark.

The Food
To top off a wonderful family experience, Arbora Hilltop Garden and Bristo have refreshed the family-friendly menu selection that will be available from Oct 7. There is now a wider variety that melts Asian And Western influence with ingredients to reflect the lush surroundings of Arbora.

Here's what you can look forward to for a treat at Arbora

Salads and Sides
Caesar Salad (In a Jar)  $15++ (NEW)

To kick off our dining experience, we had the Caeser Salad in a Jar. It is filled with Chicken, bacon bits, quail eggs and croutons, served with romaine lettuce with salad dressing on the side.

This is deemed as an interactive dish. Great for kids to get involved in the meal by dressing the salad and tossing the ingredients in the jar. It was a good start to get the little ones off the mobile devices and straight into enjoying the food.

The self toss must have made the salad more appetising as the family devoured the dish in minutes.

Arbora Rojak  $16++ (NEW)

This is a twist that draws inspiration from the numerous mango and papaya trees that dot Mount Faber. Instead of  'Youtiao' and shredded vegetables, you have green mango and papaya with bean sprouts, tofu puffs and cumbers topped with fried ebi prawns. An inspiring case of East meets West.

Mains
Pineapple-Glazed Pork Ribs $28++ (New)

This pork rib is marinated with pineapple puree and tomato sauce for 4 hours to allow the fruits naturally acidic properties to tenderise the meat. The steam-baked ribs lean more towards Asian tastebuds and not your usual ribs you would get in a western restaurant.

The Sweet Potato fries adds another twist and adds more sweetness to the dish.

Other main dishes you can try include Crispy Pork Belly Don,Beef Striploin Steak, Barramundi, Fish and Chips, Mexican Ribs, Rack of Lambs, Herb Roasted Half Chicken, US Angus Ribeye Steak and more. The main dishes would be different depending on the day and time. You can check out the full menu here before you head there for a meal.

Good for 2
Fisherman’s Stew $32++
A dish that is good for 2, it is filled with Lobster, Abalone, Scallops, Squid that is topped with Tomato Pronto Sauce. Garlic Toast is included in this dish.

If you love Seafood, you would love this dish.

Kids ( For Ages 11 and Under)
Mushroom Cream Pasta $12 ++
The mushroom cream pasta filled with assorted mushrooms, cream sauce and spaghetti would fill any kids stomach. Each dish comes with a free drink too!

Grilled Ham and Cheese on Brioche $12++

If Spaghetti does not suit the tastebuds, this Grilled Ham and Cheese on Brioche will. The dish comprises of turkey ham, sliced cheddar cheese and brioche. It comes with a side of fries too.

Desserts
Flower Pot Surprise $16 ++
Treat your five sense with this cute dessert. Everything you see on the plate is edible, including the mini milk chocolate flower pot!

Within the pot is a rich lemon cream topped with cookie crumble. The boys were pleasantly surprised that the pot could be eaten and there was a debate on who is getting it. In the end, it was cracked open and shared among them.

Signature Chempedak Bread & Butter $13++

The signature dessert that got the boys oozing with delight.
'Sorry, this one cannot share' was the response when the parents requested for a bite. The warm and cold combination made this dish an irresistible treat for them.

Drinks
Capping off the new garden-forward theme is the selection of new Curated Teas and Botanical Concoctions.

Arbora Singapore Dream Tea ( 6++ a pot)

This is a blend featuring the sweet notes of wild berries. Joining a carefully curated selection of 10 teas, this pot boasts whole tea leaves, uncrushed flower buds and dried betties. The experience of sipping tea with a great view to boot is exceptionally divine.

Being Scorpios parents, where the ambience is as important as the food, Arbora immediately scores high marks at the first impression. Diners can opt for the Airconditioned rooms with Sentosa as a backdrop or the open-air al-fresco dining area for a more casual feel.
