Are you a Foodie

Daily Dose: Foodie

Are you a foodie or became one during circuit breakers/work from home days?
If you are, you are not alone. There are plenty who had gained weight during this period. At the same time, there are those who used this opportunity to increase exercise and lost weight too.
Which camp are you?

If you belong to the foodie camp, you might want to check out SIA inflight menu. You can get them to deliver at home and  it is still available from Krishop.

1) 7 Covid19 cases
  • 5 imported
  • 1 Dorm
  • 1 Community

The cases reported over the weekend continues with the trend of single-digit infection in the community and more imported cases than local cases.

The imported cases now have countries from Guatemala, Greece and France instead of usual India and Indonesia due to the stricter criteria for entry ( includes a pre-entry swab test)

2) Places visited by the cases in the community over the past week include the National Museum of Singapore.

Do note if you had been the following locations.

4 Oct 1455h to 1600h Far East Plaza (14 Scotts Road)
• Joeun Salon
5 Oct 0735h to 1125h Moments’ (326 Serangoon Avenue 3)
5 Oct 1245h to 1325h Parkway Parade (80 Marine Parade Road)
• Ya Kun Family Cafe
5 Oct 1355h to 1800h National Museum of Singapore (93 Stamford Road)
7 Oct 1155h to 1235h NEX (23 Serangoon Central)

3) New Pasir Panjang Park to feature elements of natural and cultural history

The park, stretching from West Coast Park to Labrador Nature Reserve, is part of the Greater Southern Waterfront.

4)More people overeating or binge eating to cope with greater stress during pandemic

Personally, I gained 5kg during Circuit Breaker. How about you?

5) S'poreans snap up SIA dining offers to support airline, enjoy experience
