The headline reads: No new locally transmitted cases of Covid19 are reported. This is the first time since pre circuit breakers days that Singapore has no local cases. However, it is not really zero due to 4 imported cases.
We had come this far with safe distancing, wearing masks and restrictions to achieve this. Compared to most countries, it would seem like we have the situation under control.

The Certificate of Entitlement (COE) quota for November 2020 to January 2021 will be 19,954, said the Land Transport Authority (LTA) on Tuesday (Oct 13).
This is an increase from the 18,626 COEs available from August to October.
