Are we back to Phase 2?

Seems like we are almost seeing light at the end of the tunnel until last week when clusters at TTSH and Changi Airport were announced. Today, another bombshell hit us. The Indian Variant of coronavirus was detected in all 3 local clusters. There are a total of 7 cases that were confirmed with the B16172 variant. In addition, there are also other variants from UK, South Africa and Brazil detected. It is not difficult to infer that the spread was from overseas visitors.

As a result, we are back to pseudo phase 2. Here is a list of the measures including those announced last week.
