The Cake

When we received our cake from Blissful Moon Bakery, we were dumbstruck. Wrapped in a clear box, we had a peek at the detailed cake and couldn't wait to unwrap it.

Since it is an online shop, viewing the cake would be impossible. We have to rely 100% on the photos. It is thus very important that the end product resembles the provided image. Hand on our hearts, this is the best-detailed cake we have seen.

The cake was perfectly sculptured with an astronaut figure and silver and golden balls. There are also clouds and even stars to symbolise space. Even the backpack is detailed with buttons. These decorations may not be eaten, but the details are mind-blowing.

Sea Salt Chocolate Salted Carmel

We ordered the sea salt chocolate salted caramel, which was a delight at every bite. The cake was moist and creamy. In terms of texture and taste, it is almost perfect.

We ordered shades of blue cupcakes. It comes in a box of 12 and is priced at $69. The flavours are similar to the ones from the cakes. What we like about this combination are the different shades that come with each individual cupcake. Unlike generic cupcakes that look the same, you could see that each cupcake was individually made. As a bonus, the cupcakes taste as great as it looks!
