The previous high as on March 2022 at $1,3888,888.88. The current highest HDB sold in Singapore was at $1.41 million at Sky Terrace @ Dawson on July 2022. This is the 2nd highest HDB sold ever in Singapore.

This 5-Room flat has at least  86 Years and 11 Months since it was sold. It was a Type S2 flat of 106 sqm (1,141 sq ft). This works out to a price of  $1,227 psf. At this price, it is comparable to EC and resale in OCR.
