Coldplay Tickets Singapore : Resellers trying to cash in with 740% profits

The best job in Singapore is not a doctor, a banker, a property agent or IT Guru.

It is a reseller, especially for Cold Play concerts.

Despite having more than 200,000 tickets for sale for Coldplay concerts in Singapore, the presales for shows on Jan 23, 24,26 and 27 are SOLD OUT!

It is not surprising to see some of these tickets appearing on Carousell. At the time of writing, over 600 listings of Coldplay tickets can be found on Carousell.

An enterprising entrepreneur had listed a Cat 3 Ticket ( Ususal $238) for a whopping $2000. That is 740 % more than the original Price. A pair for sale would mean a decent profit of $3524 for a few clicks on the computer.

There are other similar listings on Carousell with similarly inflated prices.

3rd party websites have also popped up.

There is always a risk of purchasing from unauthorised sources, as tickets could be bogus. Luckily for fans, Coldplay had added another date (30 Jan 2023). Tickets will go on sale on 20th Jan 2023 at 10am.
