Kidzania to return to Sentosa!

Kidzania is to make a comeback. 

According to this report, Sim Leisure Group, a well-established operator of theme parks listed on the Singapore Exchange, has announced that they will bring Kidzania back to Sentosa.

They will lease the same premise where the former Kidzania was located at 31 Beach View. Kidzania opened its doors in Singapore in 2016. Due to Covid, it had to shut its operations in June 2020. 

After an absence of 3 years, it will be back with a  3 million dollar revamp. Interestingly, they had also purchased all the non-movable assets and fixtures at the Kidzania Singapore Facility, so there is a chance that the Qatar airline will still be around.

Sim Leisure Group will take over the facility on July 31, with six months fitting-out period from Aug 1. Expect Kidzania to open its doors in the first quarter of 2024!
