This may be the spookiest day on the calendar, but it is also a day for one to dress up in their scariest costume and have fun at the same time. Through the years, Halloween has been gaining acceptance as a day for one to let down their hair and have some fun. Kids, teens and adults can have their share of trick or treat on this chilling day.
Halloween Events in Singapore 2023 For Young Kids
Here are a list of Halloween Events in Singapore for young kids!
From September 6th to November 5th, visitors to the park will have the opportunity to experience an spooky fun Halloween event. This not-so-scary celebration will feature encounters with friendly monsters, thrilling attractions, candy hunts, pumpkin-themed fun, eerie souvenirs, delightful surprises, and entertaining, not-too-terrifying performances throughout the park.

The traditional Halloween is celebrated by going door to door for treats. While it is not a norm in Singapore, there are special events held in estates for Halloween. The Opera Estate Halloween Event is probably the closest Singapore can get to the traditional Halloween celebration. Organised by One PA, there will be 2 entertainment zones and a Trick or Treat Trail for kids.
Tickets are at $5 ( Adults are free) and include a pumpkin bag, snacks and entertainment.
Get ready for the Yokai Parade at Halloween Town Yokai Festival. The festival will be at Downtown East from 1 to 28 Oct. The highlight will be the Yokai Parade. Join the parade for a walkabout, catch half-faced magician Kage and his magic tricks, Shin the contortionist with their shape-shifting movement and be in awe of the Flames of Yokia and their bewitching fiery dance.

Don your scariest costume and join the Elmer's Slime Workshop. Designed for children aged 4 to 10, this workshop teaches kids to create their own Halloween Gooey Smoothie. Participants will also receive a ballon hairband door gift, McDonald's Sundae, Elmer's Jellie Funpack and more.
Have a Halloween costume that you want to show off, join this Halloween Best Dress event at Century square and win your share of $1500 in FRx Gift Cards. For kids under 12 only.
There is also a trick-or-treat guided tour around the mall on 28-29 Oct.
Horror Maze, roving Monsters and Spine Chilling art workshops await at Tampines 1. Shop and Scare at the same time.
Daring challengers, intricate pizzles, hilarious monster chases, and many more challenges await the little spooks. Ticket prices include Live Adventure, Show, Return tickets, a goodie bag and lucky draw.
Woodgrove is another part of Singapore that is well known for its Halloween parties. Once a year, the neighbourhood will be transformed into a spooky destination, with many houses on this street dressing up to fit the occasion. While this year's celebration has yet to be confirmed, we are 99% certain that the tradition will continue for this year.
Halloween is coming to your hood. From Bukit Batok to Punggol to Bedok Reservoir to Potong Pasir to Queensland and more, One PA will be organising Halloween events all over Singapore. There are almost 50 events and parties to attend.

For thrill-seekers, test your courage at Singapore's spookiest haunted house show – Halloween Scream Fest by The Vault Singapore. This immersive and interactive haunted house, spanning 1,700 sq ft, is meticulously designed by Fullhouse Studio. It features three distinct zones modelled after Singapore's HDB blocks, each with a different theme. Get ready to confront your deepest fears as nightmares come to life in this terrifying experience.
The 11th edition at USS will be the most terrifying one!
There are five haunted houses to explore, three scare zones, two live shows and a scary dining experience. Not to be missed are Netflix's All of Us are Dead zone and The Weekend After House Til Dawn Nightmare.

Haunted Houses, Haunted Maze, and Interactive scare zones, this event is not for the faint-hearted. After the scare, test out your skills at the CCA Carnival and take a 4 D Motion rider Lost in Fear. You can also watch short films and indulge in craft activities.
