COE Soars to new high.

Despite the anticipated increase in COE from Nov 2023 to Jan 2024, with overall quota going up by 13%, buyers seem to ignore this facet and continue to push COE prices higher for the COE October 2023 2nd Bid.

At this rate, unless demand dries up, it will be difficult to see COE dropping to where it was before.
