First BTO to launched in Bayshore for 2024. Why you should wait for it!

Bayshore will be getting 7000 public housing.

2  Build-To-Order (BTO) is expected to be launched for sale in the latter half of 2024. These units will likely offer waterfront and city views that would be similar to the ones at Marine Parade.

Around 10,000 units are planned for  Bayshore. Out of 10,000 units, 7,000 are expected to be Public Housing. Nestled within the boundaries of Upper East Coast Road, Bayshore Road, and the East Coast Parkway, Bayshore occupies a reclaimed land expanse spanning 60 hectares, a land allocation earmarked for residential use since the 1998 Master Plan.

These initial BTO undertakings in Bayshore will feature about 1,400 units spanning two-room Flexi and four-room flats, each boasting full-height windows to optimize scenic views. With its prime location and close proximity to transportation hubs and amenities, these projects are likely to be considered for inclusion under the new Plus model. Under the Plus model, homeowners will have an extended minimum occupation period of 10 years and must return a portion of the resale price, reflective of additional subsidies received, to HDB if they decide to sell their flats, among other stipulations.

Why Choose Bayshore BTO?

There is a reason why HDB and seafront properties along Marine Parade command high valuations. With coastal views and city views, units in Bayshore will be much sought after.

Car Lite Area
There will be dedicated cycling and walking paths that will be linked to Bedok Town.
