The year of the Dragon is upon us.

Chinatown Lightup

11 Jan to 9 March 2024
This year, Chinatown celebration will start as early as 11 Jan with Festive Fairs. The official street light-up will be on 19 January.

Chinatown is the centrepiece of CNY, and this year is no exception. Join in the light and the CNY festive shopping. There will also be a lion dance competition, weekend stage shows and even a countdown party.

Wan Qing Festival
Sun Yat Seng Nanyang Memmorial Hall ( SYSNMH)

Wan Qing Festival returns to SYSNMH. This annual celebration is a favourite
among locals for its numerous activities and events.
From Lion Dance Performances to workshops to guided tours, there is something
for everyone.
The event will be held from 16 Jan to 25 Feb.
Dahlia Dreams
Flower Dome
19 Jan to 25 Feb
The Flower Dome joins in the celebration with its yearly flower display
dedicated to Lunar New Year. This year's centrepiece is the 7m tall dragon
that stretches over 15m in length. Complementing this are four colourful
dragon lantern sets, symbolising the elements of metal, water, fire and
earth.
Wealth of Dragons
AVE8 , Basement One of the Forum, RWS
23 Jan to End Feb
Capture Picture Perfect and Insta-worth moments for free at AVE8 Wealth of
Dragons. There will be a five-metre-tall dragon accompanied by eight
adorable mini-dragons. There will also be free live band performances from
10 to 18 Feb and 24 Feb at AVE8.
Spring in the Sea
S.E.A Aquarium
26 Jan to 25 Feb
Usher in the Lunar New year with cultural festivities at S.E.A Aquarium.
There will be an underwater dragon dance presentation, meet and greet
manta ray mascot and more!
Soar into Fun
Universal Studios Singapore
27 Jan to 25 Feb
USS gears up for the festivities with a series of exciting experiences,
including all new live shows featuring Dreamworks Animation's Po and
Master Tigree from Kung Fu Panda, a captivating lantern display and meet
and greet with characters.
CNY Family Fun
Singapore Chinese Culture Centre
From Jan 26
10 Days of Fun at Singapore Chinese Cultural Centre. There will be games, performances, DIY workshops, food stalls, Lion Dance Performances and more!
River Hongbao 2024
Gardens by the Bay

River Hongbao will be back at Gardens by the Bay from 8 Feb to 17 Feb.
This even is well known for its giant lanterns set in lush greenery. There
will also be performances, amusement games, food street and more during this
event.

Starlit Dragon Spectacular

Be awed by the majestic 88-metre LEF Dragon under the starry night. This is
a free performance featuring five drummers symbolising the five elements (
Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Spirit)

Chingay Parade returns to the F1 pit building. This year's theme is Blossom.
Expect an extravagant and entertaining parade for the year of the Dragon.
