SCB LNY New Notes : How to Book?

 

Booking of New Notes for SCB will open on 17 Jan. 

SCB will provide new notes for exchange via online reservation. Timeslots are on a first-come, first serve basis, and the reservation system may close earlier when slots are reserved.

Booking opens on 17 Jan.

Elderly customers aged 60 and above or persons with special needs can walk in to change for new notes from 24 Jan to 8 Feb without prior reservations. New notes are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

FIT for gifting notes will be available from 24 Jan at any branch.

How to book

Step 1: Log in to SC Mobile (please ensure you have updated your app to the latest version).

Step 2: Click on the reservation banner to book a reservation slot for new notes.

Step 3: Select your preferred note denominations for exchange:

• S$2 (capped at S$400, in bundle of $200)
• S$5 (capped at S$400)
• S$10 (capped at S$1,000)
• S$50 (capped at S$2,000)

Step 4: Select your preferred collection date (between 24 January to 8 February 2024), time and branch location.

Step 5: Verify your details and confirm your selection. You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours upon submitting your request.

Step 6: Clients aged 60 and above or clients who require special assistance can visit our branches for new bank notes exchange without prior reservation from 24 January to 8 February 2024 (subject to availability).

A confirmation page will be shown and an SMS sent to your mobile number upon successful reservations. Each customer is only allowed on successful reservations for new and fit-for-gifting notes, respectively.
