East Coast Road need more dessert shops.

We were thinking that until we stumbled upon Creamier Handcrafted Ice Cream and Coffee.

With temperatures rising in Singapore, having Ice Cream as dessert is always welcoming.

Creamier Handcrafted Ice Cream and Coffee @ East Coast Road

Creamier Handcrafted Ice Cream and Coffee recently opened its doors in the East. Established in 2011 at Toa Payoh, this is their fourth outlet in Singapore. They serve mainly ice cream.

The interior is clad in light wood and cream-tone walls with industrial lights hanging on the ceiling and black and white tile on the floor. It makes the place warm and inviting for a bite. Seating capacity is limited to around 20 at one time.

While their ice cream may not be fancy, it has a decent range that will suit most taste buds. When we were there, there were 18 flavours to choose from.

We opted for a waffle with three different flavours of ice cream. We chose this mainly because there was an in-store promotion to buy 2 scoops and get 1 free promotion for waffles. The flavours we picked were the Butterscotch Almond and Sea Salt Gula Melaka. The combination of the ice cream and waffles was delightful. If you have a craving for Ice Cream around East Coast Road, this is the place to go. 

Verdict

With the lack of sit-in dessert shops along East Coast Road, Creamier Handcrafted Ice Cream and Coffee had picked a great spot in the East. We have not tried the coffee this time around. Maybe we will save it for the next visit.
