National day is just a week away.

There will be goodies galore, from drinks to snacks and even a 'light-saber'. There should be sufficent food for a kid to last through the parade.
Don't forget the booklet attached that comes with generous discount to the Bird Park, Zoo and many others.

In case you are wondering, we did not get to view the parade. We did however managed to snag a bag through our 'connections'. It has been 6 years of trying for a slot at the Parade, but alas lady luck had deserted us till this day. Maybe next year we will have better luck at the balloting especially if the parade moves into a bigger premise like the new Singapore Sports Stadium slated to open in 2014.
To those who are going, do have a great time ahead.
