 Daily Dose : Zero local cases for 2 consecutive days. 

This is great news for Singapore. If we hit 3 in a row, it may be time to consider Phase 3. The only obstacle is the take-up rate of TraceTogether. The target is 70% before Phase 3 can be considered a reality.

1) 7 Covid19 cases

All imported. The second day in a row with zero local cases. 

2) No quarantine for travellers from China, Victoria State if tested negative.

This will apply for travellers from Nov 6. Travellers coming from China and Victoria, Australia will then undergo a Covid-19 polymerase chain reaction (PCR) test upon arriving at the airport and if the result is negative, they will be allowed to go about their activities in Singapore without needing to be quarantined.

Opening to China is a big boost to local tourism. China accounts for Singapore's largest holidaymakers in 2019 accounting for almost 20 % of tourists. If they return, it will help boost the local market.

3) Woman and Infant found dead at foot of a Bedok North flat

A 35 yr old Woman and 5 week old infant were found dead at foot of flat. This is sad. We do hope that anyone facing any issue to call the following hotlines for help.

4) Queues form at Marsiling CC for TraceTogether Tokes following new collection rules

There were some who thought that this is a one day period for collection, hence the queues.
