How and where to use SingapoRediscovers Vouchers

SingapoRediscovers Vouchers will be avaliable from Dec 1.

Who can use it 

This voucher is for every Singapore Citizen age 18 and above. 

Redemption Period

It will be valid for redemption from 1 Dec 2020 to 30 Jun 2021

How to Redeem

The vouchers can be used in denominations of $10. You can redeem it online at five authorised platforms. This is an application for staycations as well. You would need SingPass to redeem the vouchers online.

Here is how you can redeem the vouchers

1. Have your SingPass ready

2. Browse experiences on the authorised booking partners' websites (Changi Recommends, GlobalTix, Klook, Traveloka and Trip.com). Eligible experiences are marked with the SingapoRediscovers Vouchers icon

3. Add the item(s) you want to the shopping cart

4. When you are ready to pay, click on 'Use SingapoRediscovers Vouchers' at the checkout page

5. Login using SingPass to choose the amount of SingapoRediscovers Vouchers you want to redeem

6. Declare details of family member(s) aged below 18 to receive $10 subsidies for up to six child/youth tickets (if you are purchasing child/youth tickets)

7. Copy the generated SingapoRediscovers Vouchers code and paste it on the checkout page

8. Complete the checkout process within 10 minutes and enjoy your SingapoRediscovers experience(s)

In addition, for those who are unable to redeem vouchers via SingPass, there will be physical touchpoints to be set up at some CC by these booking platforms. Ther are a total of 69 physical counters islandwide.

Can I use SingapoRediscover vouchers for someone else?

Vouchers cannot be combined with another person to purchase the item. Additionally, the redemption of vouchers on behalf of others is not allowed. For Singapore Citizen with family members below 18 years olf, you can purchase up to 6 child/youth tickets with a subsidy of $10 for each child. To purchase you need to have at least $10 left in your SingapoRediscovers Vouchers balance.

It is also stated that Any transfer of purchases using SingapoRediscovers Vouchers are governed by the terms and conditions of the respective merchants. Should the terms and conditions allow for transfers, you can make purchases using your Vouchers and transfer these purchases to others for their use.
