How to book Your CNY New Notes from POSB and UOB : From 5 Jan 2023

 

Ready for the Year of the Rabbit?

You can now book online for the collection of New Notes from POSB and UOB from 5 Jan 2023.

Booking Dates 

• 5 to 8 Jan 2023 for collection from 10 to 13 Jan 2023
• 9 to 16 Jan 2023 for collection dates from 16 to 20 Jan  2023

How to book?

1. Visit the secured online notes reservation site
2. Key in ID and last 4 digits of ATM/Debit/Credit Card  Number
3. Select the choice of branch, date and time of reservations
4. Indicate number of QR Gift Packs and desired quantity of notes for $2, $10 and $50 denomination
5. Confirmed details and selection. You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours
6. Collect notes at the selected branch during specific date and time

How much can I collect?

For collection at retail branches, you can reserve up to $1,000 for new notes and $1,200 for fit notes. 

No amendments can be made once confirmed.

Booking Dates 

• First Window on 5 Jan for collection from 10 to 14 Jan 2023
• Second Window on 12 Jan  collection dates from 16 to 20 Jan  2023

How to book?

1. Visit the secured online notes reservation site
2. Key in Name, last 4 alphanumeric characters of NRIC/PP and mobile number
3. Select notes denominations
4. Select the Preferred branch, date and time of appointment
5. Click on 'Send OTP' and key in valid OTP sent to your mobile number
6. Click on Verify OTP

How much can I collect?

• New/Fit $2 notes: $200 only
• New/Fit $10 notes: up to $500 (in multiples of $100)
• New/Fit $50 notes: Up to $500 (in multiples of $100)
• Maximum Amount: Up to $1,200 only

If you prefer, you can also collect the new/fit  notes from POSB/DBS ATMs and UOB ATMs
