COE Feb 2023 2nd Bidding Results

 

COE Results are out.

This time around, it is much anticipated due to the recent revision of ARF calculation and PARF Rebate Cap due to Budget 2023.

However, unlike what is expected, Cat B and Cat E COE jumped across the board. A possible reason was that the COE for these were meant to replace those that were 'sold' based on the news of the revision. After revision, such COE were traded as high as 100K or more higher than the previous close. in private trades.
