LKY : The Experience Review - An Immersive Journey

LKY: The Experience opens!

One may think that this is an exhibition based on Lee Kuan Yew, but this is anything but. Instead, what you get is an experience through the growing-up years of LKY. You will learn about the man from narratives by 100 individuals, a glimpse through his childhood through reimagined sets of LKY past and interactive stations.

Since this year marks the 100th year of Lee Kuan Yew's Birth, it is a good opportunity to relive this life and this experience.

Step into these surreal sets, and you will find it familiar, especially if you have been to Stranger Things: The Encounter. They are the brainchild of Lucid Experience. With over 20 rooms to explore, this is a unique way to introduce LKY to the next generation.

LKY: The Experience

Spread across a sprawling 17,000 square feet in a centrally located three-story building at 11 Prinsep Link, this unique experience encompasses over 20 distinct rooms. Each room unveils a new chapter, shedding light on lesser-known facets of Lee Kuan Yew's life, from his childhood and student days to his role as a husband and statesman.

There are three levels to explore. So here we go!

Level 1: The Moments

Start your journey with MR Lee's own beginnings, from an introduction to his early life to the milestones and turning points.

100 Stories

Begin your discovery with 100 stories. There are interviews with 100 people from all walks of life. Some have interactions with him, while others have memories to share.

It is a refreshing way to learn about the man from the voices of others.

A room with a mirrored ceiling greets you. These words of doubt may have crossed LKY mind at some point.

It's the first game station. See if you could type out LKY speech within the time limit!

On the other side of the room looks like it  has taken a page of Harry Potter.
